Many fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum veneers are known to be one of the most commonly used curtain wall decoration materials in aluminum veneers and should be carefully protected in normal days. Here's how to protect it?
The structure of fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum veneer is mainly composed of panels, reinforcing ribs, lugs and other components. After the surface of the curtain wall is usually pretreated by chromization, the fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum veneer is sprayed with fluorocarbon. After a series of processes, fluorocarbon coated aluminum veneers have excellent performance, and fluorocarbon coated aluminum veneers are more and more popular!
The cleaning and protection of fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum veneer may be more complicated, but if the fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum veneer is properly protected, if the user uses the fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum veneer, it can greatly extend the service life of the fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum veneer. The circuit board is required, and the protection process is as follows:
(1) If cleaning fluorocarbon coated aluminum veneer, use aluminum degreaser to clean oil and scale. Then two identical oy-123 aluminum cleaning tanks shall be prepared, one for fluorine. Carbon sprayed aluminum veneer degreases, and the other is used to paint fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum veneer, which can solve the problem of serious pollution of single tank.
(2) When cleaning the fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum veneer, the bath shall be distributed according to the bath concentration. When mixing, fully mix and dissolve, and shake the liquid in the bucket to pour out.
(3) When cleaning the fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum veneer, the number of workpieces should be gradually increased. As the construction time is prolonged, the workpieces will be taken out from the bath. If there is a lot of oil on the surface of the active ingredients and liquid level, the bath liquid will become dirty and the bath liquid will decrease. Oy-123 aluminum degreaser can be supplemented in time. If it is still dirty, replace the water tank.
